According to calculations, it was impossible to see the crescent anywhere in the world, and it was not seen.
June 30, 2003 (Monday):
Javad Torabinejad from Logan, Utah (ICOP member) reported: This evening (Monday, 30th of June), a friend of mine and I sighted the moon first using a pair of binoculars and then with naked eye in Logan UT. The first binocular sighting was at 9:07 followed by the first naked eye sighting at 9:09. The sunset was at 9:03.
