After decades of scientific research, a booklet, "Fajr & Isha" is written by Khalid Shaukat of moonsighting.com giving information from Qur'an, Hadith, practices of Sahabah, developments from 8th century onward, and scientific basis. Moonsighting.com has developed algorithms, for function of latitudes and seasons based on observations from different places, included in the booklet.

Another book, "Memoirs of Prophet Muhammad's Life" written by Khalid Shaukat presents Christian calendar dates for important events in Prophet's life, his birth, Me'raj, Hijra to Medinah, Ghazawat, and his death. Dates are calculated for visibility of new moon. It is proven that 12th Rabi al-Awwal (Monday) is the correct date for ALL THREE EVENTS, the Prophet's birth, his arrival in Medinah, and his death. Request by clicking on: . Either one or both book manuscripts can be sent by postage mail (not by email), for cost of xeroxing and mailing.
